Animal Mind reading

 Need to learn to speak, with human behaviour, have different physiology (as aliens have), so they have different medicine courses (quantum box needs unique breasoning out of argument) to practise meditation
 - Meditation is communication about thoughts, practising the meditation utterance (understand God), thoughts done during the day with the help of Virtual Private Server and Mind Reader, achieving human status

 - Whale depression may be curable with medicine course
 
 - They might be able to have short or other length conversations with humans.  As known, animals have short and long-term relationships like humans.
 
 - They are more "light" in a way than humans, and the software could help them articulate human standards, and in some cases, have jobs.
 
 - They should be examined using meditation if they want to (requiring meditation-compatible conception) or mind reading without meditation, and have regular check-ins as humans.
 
 They can exhibit the full range of human cognitive functions through communication and can program computers, mark-up documents and help humans and humans can help them.
 
 All animals except plants (which can think and feel, and we shouldn't punish them) including insects and (possibly arsenic-based) bacteria can be mind read and meditate.  Human animals and meditation will aid harmony in the universe.

 Animals and all can participate in the academy, which promotes the philosophy of using Prolog to connect from fundamental threshold (zero knowledge) to any goal, including mind reading, spiritual time travel, pedagogy, and medicine, so any time traveller can take part without worrying about the timeline.
